SHARON OSBOURNE - OSBOURNE SELLS UP TO MOVE AWAY FROM OSBOURNE

SHARON OSBOURNE is selling her Los Angeles home, after discovering her talent show judge rival SIMON COWELL is buying the house next door.

AMERICAN IDOL and POP IDOL star Cowell has fallen in love with the Beverly Hills pad and is keen to settle in with girlfriend TERRI SEYMOUR next month (JAN05).

But Osbourne and her rocker husband OZZY are desperate to avoid the acid-tongued music mogul after clashing with him on recent British TV talent show THE X FACTOR.

A source tells British newspaper the DAILY STAR, "Sharon just wants to sell up and move out.

"I don't think they'll go around with a house-warming gift - she can't stand him."
