Rock matriarch SHARON OSBOURNE was forced to rearrange recording sessions for her tsunami charity single TEARS IN HEAVEN, because of snow storms blasting America's eastern coastline.

The 52-year-old has joined forces with arch-rival SIMON COWELL to recruit a host of musical talent to contribute to the cover of ERIC CLAPTON's tragic song.

PINK and veteran AEROSMITH rocker STEVE TYLER were due to record their vocal parts in New York at the weekend (22-23JAN05), but couldn't make the journey.

The two stars will now travel to the Osbourne's Los Angeles mansion to record their contributions in the studio of Sharon's husband, OZZY.

Pink and Tyler are joined on the star-studded fund raising line-up by SIR ELTON JOHN, ROD STEWART and GWEN STEFANI. British stars WESTLIFE, BRIAN McFADDEN and WILL YOUNG are in talks with Cowell about contributing.
