ASHLEY OLSEN - OLSEN'S MAN IN WITNESS BOX

Teen actress ASHLEY OLSEN's new boyfriend SCOTT SARTIANO was recently interrogated about an assault that took place in his luxury New York nightclub, Butter.

The 30-year old took to the witness box to defend his friend TRAVIS MARSHALL - a DOLCE + GABBANA model - who was charged with criminal assault after punching fellow clubber ERIC WHITE.

White was reportedly smaller in build than the defendant and suffered more injuries, but Marshall was eventually acquitted after his lawyers argued self-defence.
