Twin actresses MARY-KATE and ASHLEY OLSEN have decided to make the most of their New York City penthouse, by renting it out for a reported $35,000 (GBP19,400) a month.
The 19-year-old screen stars, who are both students at the prestigious New York University, bought the pad last year (04) for $7.3 million (GBP4 million) but never moved in.
The identity of their new tenant has not been revealed.
