ASHLEY OLSEN - OLSEN TWINS FIGHT DESIGN COMPANY

Hollywood twins MARY-KATE and ASHLEY OLSEN have won their fight to stop a Los Angeles design company from selling T-shirts featuring the slogan "Save Mary-Kate" and a photograph of the anorexic superstar.

The teen actresses were reportedly furious when the RANDY + MOSS label put out the shirts after Mary-Kate entered a rehab centre in June (04) to be treated for an eating disorder.

According to internet gossip site PAGESIX.COM, the twins rushed to their lawyer GREGORY REDLITZ and threatened to sue if the line was not discontinued immediately.

The clothing company backed down, and a spokesman tells the site, "We have let (the Olsens' company) know we will no longer be selling the shirts. We can't really fight a billion-dollar company."
