MARY-KATE OLSEN has spoken out about her split from Greek shipping heir STAVROS NIARCHOS for the first time, revealing she's hurt.

The Olsen twin was left heartbroken when the Greek cad started dating socialite PARIS HILTON while he was romancing her, and the teenager is struggling to move on with her life.

She tells America's W magazine, "It's a hurtful and painful subject. I've pretty much been with someone my whole life, so this is a hard time for me."
