Hip-hop artist NATE DOGG is dating actress TAMALA JONES after meeting her on the set of new movie HEAD OF STATE.

The MUSIC AND ME star, who plays a singing narrator in the movie, is mad about the stunner, 28, who is currently filming NORA'S HAIR SALON.

He says, "We was just hanging out in the same place, got to talking, found out we had a lot in common, and we started hanging out. She listens to all kinds of music. She likes a lot of older music, old R'n'B music. I love old R'n'B records."
