NASH: 'AMERICANS ARE IDIOTS FOR VOTING FOR BUSH'

Sixties rocker GRAHAM NASH has accused Americans of being ignorant, war-hungry philistines for voting for US President GEORGE W BUSH at last November's (04) presidential elections.

The British singer was horrified when Bush was re-elected, because he fears it's dangerous to have such a powerful country controlled by a man like Bush.

"It was devastating. Half the US doesn't read very much and still think that Bush is a great guy. They think it's cool to send armies out there and 'kick some Arab ass, goddamn it'.

"I despise this president and I have absolutely no respect for the people around him. They are misrepresenting the United States very badly and doing great harm."
