Funnyman BILL MURRAY is set to return as curmudgeonly cat GARFIELD in a sequel to the live action comedy.
The LOST IN TRANSLATION star is in negotiations for the sequel, according to co-star BRECKIN MEYER.
Meyer tells website SCIFIWIRE.COM, "I hear they will get Bill for the voice. I hear he's very nice. I still haven't met him.
"We were in different places during the course of the filming, when he was recording. I'd like to meet him."
