British supermodel KATE MOSS gave her troubled lover PETE DOHERTY an ultimatum in February (05) - stay sober or don't come near her daughter.

The beauty began dating the former LIBERTINE in January (05), a month before the rocker spent six days in police custody following his arrest on alleged assault and blackmail charges.

Despite Moss' strong feelings for her new boyfriend, she was adamant he couldn't spend time with two-year-old LILA GRACE, until he was completely clean of heroin.

Doherty explains, "I have given up heroin up for three months now, but it wasn't voluntary. It was a case of, 'Give up or you can't be near my daughter.'"
