KATE MOSS - MOSS TO LAUNCH MUSIC CAREER AT GLASTONBURY

KATE MOSS will take a huge step forward in her bid to launch a music career this year (05) - by singing on stage at Britain's prestigious GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL (24-26JUN05).

The supermodel recently wowed guests at her 31st birthday party (16JAN05) by belting out a series of covers backed by rockers PRIMAL SCREAM, whose frontman BOBBY GILLESPIE is a close friend of the Croydon-born beauty.

And Moss now plans to hit the Glastonbury stage in Somerset with Gillespie in tow.

An insider says, "Kate loves Glastonbury and goes as often as she can. She enjoys the music and hanging out with friends.

"It was widely known that appearing there on stage is something she has wanted to do for a while."
