MORCHEEBA - MORCHEEBA STAR SUES 'GROPER'

Former MORCHEEBA star DAISY MARTEY is suing band creator PAUL GODFREY for damages after he allegedly groped her breasts.

The chillout singer has filed court documents claiming Godfrey fondled her breasts on two separate occasions, as well as attempting to kiss her.

She also accuses the music-maker and his bandmate brother ROSS of defamation and breach of contract.

Martey was sacked last year (05) after illness forced her to pull out of a concert commitment. She was replaced by JODY STERNBERG.
