MISSY ELLIOTT - MISSY WEEPS OVER REALITY SHOW STARS

Rapper MISSY ELLIOTT has become so emotionally attached to the contestants on her reality show THE ROAD TO STARDOM - she's often in tears each time a contender is eliminated.

Elliott has group of musical hopefuls battling it out on a tour bus for the opportunity to land an album deal, and she didn't think she'd grow to care about them as much as she does.

She says, "The biggest surprise with the show is I didn't think it was gonna be that emotional. I thought it was just gonna be a regular reality show.

"But I got high blood pressure. So many days I was just popping pills and crying because once you are around kids you grow attached to them.

"Each person has something and so when you have to let them go it becomes real emotional because they've given up everything just to be in the this position."

And the WORK IT rapper admits she already has her eye on one or two possible winners when the show's live season finale airs in America today (02MAR05).

She adds, "I think a lot of them are stars in their own right, but I think I found one. I still don't know who the winner is. We won't know until the finale."
