MISSY ELLIOTT - MISSY HITS LOW NOTE DOWN UNDER

Rap superstar MISSY ELLIOTT infuriated her Australian fans on Sunday (30MAY04) by charging them $90 (GBP50) to watch her perform only six songs.

Fans and music critics alike were disgusted with the ONE MINUTE MAN hitmaker's gig at the ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE, in which she performed just six tunes in 60 minutes.

Australia's DAILY TELEGRAPH newspaper rants, "The show, quite unbelievably, consisted of only six songs, accompanied a solo performance by most of her 20 dancers. So while quite a visual spectacle, that's about $20 per song - almost what you'd pay for one of her five albums."

Despite Missy's bad reception, the star went on to party at trendy nightclub GAS with OUTKAST star ANDRE 3000 and BLU CANTRELL.
