MISSY ELLIOTT - MISSY FLIES TO NEW ZEALAND FOR TATTOO

Rapper MISSY ELLIOTT jetted off to New Zealand to get her latest tattoo - because she didn't trust American artists to get a Polynesian design correct.

The sassy star picked up three new tattoos on a recent trip to the Australasian nation, because she knew they'd be authentic.

She explains, "I always wanted to get a Polynesian tattoo, but I didn't want to get it over here (America), 'cause sometimes people be writing and you don't know what it means.

"I got one of those highest-in-charge tattoos."
