KYLIE MINOGUE - MINOGUE TO DO A MINNELLI?

Diminutive pop singer KYLIE MINOGUE is begging studio bosses to cast her in a remake of LIZA MINNELLI's hit film CABARET.

The SLOW star wants to don fishnets and a bowler hat to play nightclub singer SALLY BOWLES in a reworking of the 1972 BOB FOSSE musical.

A source told Britain's NEW! magazine, "Studio bosses were keen to see her, but as yet, nothing has been signed and sealed.

"Kylie knew that she needed to convince them she had the look and not just the voice for the role."

Minogue is set to meet Tinseltown producers again this month (APR04).
