DEBRA MESSING - MESSING'S BODY CONCERNS

WILL + GRACE star DEBRA MESSING was so worried about filming beach scenes with JENNIFER ANISTON, she signed up for a gruelling two week work-out with JENNIFER LOPEZ's trainer.

Messing feared that scenes in new BEN STILLER film CAPTURED, especially one in which she and the FRIENDS star have to wear bikinis, would make her look shoddy in comparison - so she asked GUNNAR PETERSON to put her through hell.

She says, "He would kick my a** for 45 minutes and I've never felt better in my life."

But Messing admits she's still far from happy with her body, and she's too terrified of needles to undergo cosmetic surgery.

She adds, "Everyone knows I'm small busted. I'm never going to be a SALMA HAYEK. I just don't have those beautiful curves, and I'm never going to be LARA FLYNN BOYLE - I'm not a waif.

"I probably would have had breast implants put in long ago if I felt there was validity to that recommendation. And so far, I've been too terrified of needles to even try Botox or collagen."
