Movie mogul MEL BROOKS is bringing his horror comedy YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN to the stage after wowing audiences with THE PRODUCERS. The actor/writer has told internet radio talk show THE YOUNG TURKS that the musical adaptation of his 1970s cult film will hit Broadway, New York City, in 2007. The GENE WILDER film garnered two Oscar nominations. He told the show hosts yesterday (04APR06), "Mel Brooks is bringing Young Frank to Broadway in '07."
