JACK OSBOURNE - MARY-KATE AND ASHLEY - AND JACK OSBOURNE

Troubled rock heir JACK OSBOURNE is gearing up to make his movie debut alongside clean-cut Hollywood twins MARY-KATE and ASHLEY OLSEN.

The wild-haired son of BLACK SABBATH legend OZZY will play the manager of a rock band in the twin sister's upcoming flick NEW YORK MINUTE.

An insider reports, "Jack must be doing this for the money. It's going to be a pretty cheesy movie and it doesn't fit with his cool, on-the-edge image at all."

Jack, 17, has just finished a stretch in a rehab clinic for his problems with drugs and alcohol.
