COLDPLAY - MARTIN SNUBBED BY WELLER

COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN feels neglected because he has yet to be the focus of a verbal attack from PAUL WELLER.

In recent weeks Weller has attacked a number of British artists and groups, including JAMES BLUNT and U2.

But THE JAM legend has yet to let loose his thoughts about Coldplay - who scooped two gongs at last night's (15FEB06) Brit Awards ceremony in London - and Martin is itching to find out.

He says, "I've heard Paul dissing James Blunt and the others, but there's no need for that. Actually we are feeling left out.

"He hasn't said anything about us yet. I really want him to. I love Paul Weller, he's great."
