Pop superstar MADONNA is offering 5,000 fans an extra special Christmas treat by OK-ing a set of hand-painted Russian babushka dolls made in her image.
The limited edition nesting creations, which feature five of Madonna's incarnations that can be found inside another, are available on the singer's website www.madonna.com.
