LUTHER - LUTHER CAMPBELL SUED

Raunchy rapper LUTHER 'LUKE' CAMPBELL is gearing up for a legal battle over a copyright infringement lawsuit filed against his record company.

AUEISHUA BUCKNER filed the lawsuit against Luke Records in Louisiana's New Orleans Federal Court over the use of a photograph, reports Allhiphop.com.

Buckner claims that while her photograph was legitimately used for the Boyz Toyz 2003 calendar, it also ended up on the cover of one of the LUKE'S FREAK SHOW DVDs without her permission.
