COURTNEY LOVE - LOVE CAUGHT UP IN FINANCIAL WRANGLES

COURTNEY LOVE is in the midst of new legal problems over a pair of allegedly unpaid bills.

The former HOLE frontwoman is facing a Saturday (06FEB05) deadline to resolve non-payment of legal fees in one civil case, while another company is also claiming non-payment, according to a complaint filed recently in Olympia, Washington.

WMC MORTGAGE CORP is seeking foreclosure on a 13-acre (five-hectare) property which Love bought in 1997 for her late husband KURT COBAIN's family, meaning the home would be put up for bid at a public auction, reports MTV.COM.

Love owes about $318,000 (GBP167,400), and the company claims she hasn't paid the bills in over a year.
