JENNIFER LOPEZ's marriage to singer MARC ANTHONY is legal - refuting reports that his 'quickie' divorce from former MISS UNIVERSE DAYANARA TORRES makes his latest marriage null.

Top American divorce attorney HERBERT A GLIEBERMAN claims the union between the two superstars is 100 per cent legitimate - after he divorced Torres in the Dominican Republic.

Glieberman says, "There were some reports that a 60-day waiting period was required.

"But after a 24-hour waiting period, either party to the divorce can actually remarry."

Lopez and Anthony tied the knot on 5 June (04), only four days after his divorce to Torres was finalised (01JUN04).
