LITTLE WOMEN STAR DIES

Hollywood actress JEAN PARKER has died of a stroke after years of ill health. She was 90.

The petite screen star, best known for her portrayal of BETH in 1933 movie LITTLE WOMEN, passed away last month (30NOV05) at the Motion Picture and Television Country House and Hospital, California.

Parker, real name LOUISE STEPHANIE ZELINSKA, made her debut in 1932 as the Duchess Maria in RASPUTIN AND THE EMPRESS.

She is survived by her son ROBERT LOWERY HANKS.
