Former STEPS singer LISA SCOTT LEE has a wealthy admirer with a sparkle in his eye - diamond tycoon PASCAL MOUAWAD.

The rich businessman met the TOO FAR GONE singer some time ago when he was in a relationship, but now he is single he invited Lisa over to the Lebanon to perform for him on Thursday (14AUG03).

Lisa, who is engaged to former HEAR'SAY star JOHNNY SHENTALL, insists the performance at Pascal's GRAND VILLAGE HOTEL spa was strictly business - even though she was presented with $560,000 (GBP350,000) worth of diamonds.

A source close to Pascal says, "He saw Lisa on TV a lot while he was dating (British socialite) TARA PALMER TOMKINSON and always thought she was absolutely stunning.

"He's a man of great wealth and he insisted on flying Lisa out to perform a song at his party, saying that money was no object."

Lisa's friend confides, "She knows he fancies her rotten but he understands she's taken. There's no reason she shouldn't give him a personal performance.

"He even gave her a little gift afterwards - Lisa really loves diamonds after all."
