LATEST: Rockers LIMP BIZKIT have been told they are not liable for injuries suffered by a paramedic after frontman FRED DURST invited fans to storm their stage at a gig.
CHRISTOPHER DICKINSON filed a lawsuit claiming he was kicked unconscious by fans during the band's ANGER MANAGEMENT gig in Detroit four years ago (29OCT00), insisting he suffered brain damage and personality changes leaving him unable to work.
But the MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEAL yesterday (30JUN04) reached the unanimous decision that Durst, 33, could not be blamed for the concertgoers' actions.
