THE LIBERTINES - LIBERTINES IN FAN FOOTAGE APPEAL

British rockers THE LIBERTINES have appealed to fans to help them compile their forthcoming DVD - by donating video footage of the band.
The CAN'T STAND ME NOW group - who suspended troubled co-frontman PETE DOHERTY earlier this year (04) following several failed attempts to quit drugs - are lacking material for their upcoming release, so they've given fans the opportunity to play a major role in adding to the DVD's current running time.
The appeal has been posted on the band's official site, thelibertines.org.uk, by JAMES ENDEACOTT of The Libertines' record label ROUGH TRADE RECORDS.
It reads, "We're putting together a Libertines DVD. Does anyone have any footage of the band taken over the last 3 years?
"Walking down the street, playing live, drinking tea, anything. Please let me know via email and we'll take it from there."
