Sexy ANNA KOURNIKOVA is determined to recover from a back injury and resume her tennis career, rubbishing reports she's quit the sport for good.

The girlfriend of pop hunk ENRIQUE IGLESIAS - who's been plagued by accusations she puts glamour ahead of the sport - hopes "with luck" to be back on the tennis circuit in the near future, because she's bored of convalescing at home in Miami, Florida.

Last year (03) Anna hinted she was poised to retire from tennis and pursue a TV career.

She says, "I've missed travelling for tennis tournaments, and being right there in the thick of it all.

"My injury is much better and I am starting to train again. With luck I should be able to return to tennis by the summer (04)."
