ANNA KOURNIKOVA - KOURNIKOVA TAKES OVER UMPIRE'S CHAIR

Tennis babe ANNA KOURNIKOVA thrilled fans at Saturday's (23AUG03) ARTHUR ASHE KIDS DAY charity fun day at Flushing Meadows, New York, when she jumped into the umpire's chair to take charge of a match between ANDY RODDICK and ANDRE AGASSI.

The fun-filled game, which Agassi won 10-8, became a little racy when Andre suggested the sexy Russian had the hots for his opponent.

He quipped, "I like how she says Andy - 'Andy, me from Russia.'"

Agassi and Kournikova then teamed up to poke fun at Roddick's sex symbol status, with his tennis opponent joking, "I like your hair," prompting the youngster to fire back, "I like yours too," to the bald senior.

As the quipping continued, Roddick yelled, "Can I please serve today, when you guys are finished chatting."

Kournikova, who is dating pop star ENRIQUE IGLESIAS, admitted after the short game that she enjoyed taking over as umpire.

She said, "It was a lot of fun but I think they were the ones who were in control." The charity event also featured top music acts MONICA, DANIEL BEDINGFIELD and SMASH MOUTH.
