KEIRA KNIGHTLEY is grateful for her role in critically-panned thriller DOMINO, because the movie toughened her up. The PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN star played the late daughter of actor LAURENCE HARVEY, a former Ford model who rejected her privileged Beverly Hills life to become a bounty hunter. While Knightley admits the film didn't help her career, she has benefitted on a personal level despite the lukewarm reception by critics. Knightley tells British movie magazine Hotdog, "It was really sad because I thought it was a really in-your-face kind of film about this young woman who was tough as hell. "I have no regrets about playing Domino, because getting inside her head helped toughen me up and made me less of a 'fraidy-cat', which I can be sometimes."
