The new KING ARTHUR movie mirrors past American foreign policy, according to its producer JERRY BRUCKHEIMER.
The film, which opens in the US next week (7JUL04) starring KEIRA KNIGHTLEY and CLIVE OWEN, is inspired by the mythical British monarch.
But Bruckheimer likens the movie to the American campaign in Veitmam between 1964 and 1975.
He explains, "King Arthur was really about Vietnam when the film was first turned in.
"There have been special forces throughout history.
"History keeps repeating itself."
