Actor KIEFER SUTHERLAND is being dragged back to court by the wife he divorced 12 years ago.
CAMELIA KATH lost in her battle to claim more spousal support from the star in a recent court wrangle and now she's refusing to pay her legal bills in a bid to make her ex pay up.
She's demanding $12,000 (GBP8,000) from the 24 star, claiming, "I was promised a lot of things behind closed doors that never happened."
The couple, who were married for two years, have a daughter, SARAH.
