Rocker KID ROCK is terrified of germs and detests shaking hands, because he's afraid he'll catch something. Kid Rock, whose real name is BOB RITCHIE, explains, "If I'm eating dinner, I get a little freaked out about shaking hands. "I got a little sanitary thing." The grungy rocker recently made headlines for making a sex tape with singer SCOTT STAPP, depicting the two rockers engaged in a group sex session with four women.
