KID ROCK - KID ROCK SLAPPED WITH LAWSUIT

KID ROCK has been slapped with a $500,000 (GBP265,000) lawsuit, after a fight with a DJ in a Nashville, Tennessee strip club.

Rock, who was once engaged to PAMELA ANDERSON, was arrested in February (05) after he allegedly punched DJ JAY CAMPOS over his selection of music, reports ALLHIPHOP.COM.

Local television stations broadcast images of Campos - real name JEREMY CAMPOS - leaving Christie's Cabaret in downtown Nashville, carrying his broken spectacles.

Kid Rock was charged with simple assault and was released on $3,000 (GBP1,580) bond.

The lawsuit was filed by Campos in Tennessee's Davidson County Court.
