KID ROCK made history in his native Detroit, Michigan, on Saturday (03DEC05) by selling out two shows at the Joe Louis Arena in record time.
It took just six minutes for fans to buy up all the tickets for the rap-rock star's first show on 3 February (06), and nine minutes to make sure a second date on 4 February (06) was also a sell-out.
The shows were scheduled to lead up to the Super Bowl, which takes place at nearby Ford Field on 5 February (06).
