AMERICAN IDOL - KELLY CLARKSON UNAFRAID OF THE HULK

AMERICAN IDOL victor KELLY CLARKSON's new movie FROM JUSTIN TO KELLY is up against THE HULK - but she knows too little about the green monster to get nervous.

The MISS INDEPENDENT singer stars alongside American Idol runner-up JUSTIN GUARINI in the musical, which Clarkson herself admits will be panned by critics.

Her film goes up against anticipated blockbuster the Hulk today (20JUN03), but the Texas native admits she doesn't know enough about the comic book adaptation to see it as a big deal.

She says, "I think I'm the only one on the planet that has never seen anything about the Hulk. I have no idea what that is.

"My friends are like so excited about it. They say it's a really cool thing, but I think I just missed that as a kid."
