Heart-throb COLIN FARRELL has revealed his secret for looking hunky and trim on screen - he breathes in when the cameras start rolling.
The Irish hellraiser refuses to stop drinking and get in shape for movie roles, preferring just to suck his stomach in and hope for the best.
The PHONE BOOTH star, 28, says, "I get no kicks from going down to the gym. It doesn't do it for me, never has.
"I'd breathe in really heavily between takes. I f**king sucked it in and did a take.
"That way it doesn't hurt the beer consumption at all."
