BATMAN star MICHAEL KEATON is revelling in his new pastime of his - watching American cable network the WEATHER CHANNEL.

The Hollywood actor admits he watches the station constantly, because he's fascinated by changes in the weather.

He says, "When people say things like, 'What are gonna talk about, the weather?' I kinda go, 'Yeah!' I like talking about the weather and I love the Weather Channel. There's a cult of us out there, I've learned.

"I know that's sad. It's lonely, it's depressing."

And Keaton has declared that rain is one of his favourite weather conditions.

He explains, "I like fishing in bad weather. I just enjoy it. It makes you feel alive."
