KANYE WEST - KANYE LEAPS TO BIG SCREEN

Hip-hop star KANYE WEST is set to launch his acting career in a movie inspired by his own hit tunes. The confident GOLD DIGGER hitmaker will star in the untitled film, which will feature a series of short stories from 10 to 12 directors, linked by a central narrative. While LACKAWANNA BLUES director GEORGE C WOLFE will executive produce, RICHARD BROWN and STEVE GOLIN will be among the producers. Brown enthuses, "This project will synthesise Kanye's vision with a fantastic group of film-makers and create what will be a one-of-a-kind film experience."
