ENRIQUE IGLESIAS - JULIO IGLESIAS' FATHER DIES

Spanish singer JULIO IGLESIAS JR's father JULIO IGLESIAS PUGA died of a heart attack today (19DEC05), only days after announcing he was to become a father again.

The 90-year-old gynaecologist - grandfather of Latin heart-throb ENRIQUE IGLESIAS - died at the San Carlos Clinic in Madrid, Spain, earlier today.

Five years ago (00), Iglesias Puga hit the headlines when he married 42-year-old RONNA KEIT in Florida, who he went on to have a son JAMIE with, in May 2004. Last week (ends16DEC05), the couple announced they were expecting a second child together next year (06).
