ASHLEY JUDD - JUDD'S TAYLOR TREAT

Movie beauty ASHLEY JUDD had a special treat on the opening night of her new Broadway, New York, play CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF - flowers from ELIZABETH TAYLOR.

Taylor won an OSCAR for playing the lead role in 1958 RICHARD BROOKS film and made sure she paid her respects to the latest actress to play MAGGIE 'THE CAT' POLLIT.

Thrilled Judd says, "She sent me flowers and a note that read, 'Darling Ashley, I know you'll be a wonderful Cat. Have fun with it, love Elizabeth.'

"It was written on her beautiful baby blue Cartier stationery. It was so special."
