Scottish actor JOHN GORDON SINCLAIR has married his longterm love SHAUNA McKEON in a romantic ceremony.
The GREGORY'S GIRL actor tied the knot with stunning Shauna at St Andrew's Cathedral in their native Glasgow yesterday (24JUL04) watched by his co-star in the 1980 cult classic, CLAIRE GROGAN.
Ironically, it was Grogan who introduced Sinclair to his new wife, three years after his romance with theatre star RUTHIE HENSHALL fell apart - in a twist which echoes the plot of Gregory's Girl.
One onlooker laughs, "It's taken GORDY a long time to find the right girl.
"And just like Gregory, Gordy didn't get Claire, he got her friend."
