PETER LAWFORD - JFK'S NEPHEW DISMISSES KENNEDY CURSE

Rat Pack star PETER LAWFORD'S son CHRISTOPHER has dismissed the 'Kennedy curse', which allegedly plagued the political family for years, as a media myth.

The former GENERAL HOSPITAL star and nephew of JOHN F KENNEDY was a drug addict by the age of 20, but refuses to blame the superstition for problems that were of his own making.

He says, "I don't believe in the Kennedy curse. It definitely sells newspapers but it has never crossed my mind.

"Nobody is responsible for my actions but me. It's not the Kennedy way to cry over spilt milk.

"What's important is what we do next, and making it better."
