FRIENDS star JENNIFER ANISTON still has the best celebrity haircut, according to British women.

Nearly a decade after 'The RACHEL' - named after Aniston's character in the hit sitcom - became the world's most requested style, BRAD PITT's wife has won an online poll to find the most lusted-after locks.

Almost half of the 5,000 women polled by women's lifestyle website HANDBAG.COM decided that Aniston's hair was their favourite.

A spokesperson says, "Her appeal lies in her ability to transform her hair from surfer chic by day to sleek and sexy by night. She has replaced the Rachel cut and still seized the haircut crown."

SEX AND THE CITY star SARAH JESSICA PARKER's curly locks earned her third place in the poll and SADIE FROST's brunette crop came fifth.

Former ALL SAINTS star NICOLE APPLETON's much-maligned mullet style won the worst haircut award.
