FRIENDS beauty JENNIFER ANISTON is fighting to stop the publication of photos taken while she and hunky hubby BRAD PITT were holidaying in Mexico.

Sexy Jennifer says the paparazzi invaded her privacy because they were trespassing at the luxury LAS VENTANAS AL PARAISO hotel where she and Brad were staying in San Jose Del Cabo.

And it is even alleged that one eager photographer broke into a neighbouring room to get a better view.

Jennifer's spokesman says, "It's gotten out of control. It's like putting celebrities in prison.

"She wasn't topless or anything. She was just hanging out with friends, but she's taking the position that you can't violate someone's privacy like this."
