LATEST: JAY-Z is celebrating victory over the makers of Cristal Champagne, claiming the hip-hop world is now completely boycotting the drink. The rapper stopped plugging Cristal after managing director FREDERIC ROUZAU criticised the drink's popularity in hip-hop circles. Jay-Z has switched to Krug Champagne and changed Cristal-plugging lyrics in his raps - and he claims the boycott is working. He told the New York Daily News before a gig in Manhattan on Sunday (25JUN05), "We all won. "If someone don't want our business, we will take it somewhere else."
