BEYONCE KNOWLES - JAY-Z FINALLY ACCEPTS INDUSTRY ACCOLADES

Rapper SHAWN 'JAY-Z' CARTER is delighted to be recognised as the greatest MC of all time, despite spending years fighting the music industry and its plaudits. The 99 PROBLEMS star, who is dating R+B superstar BEYONCE KNOWLES, ranked top of MTV's Greatest MCs Of All Time list recently - beating out competition from EMINEM, RAKIM and BIG DADDY KANE. He tells MTV, "I'm not an artist; I'm a hustler. The industry didn't accept me right away - I felt it was my enemy. "But as the years went by and I came to make friends in the industry and feel more accepted, every time something like this happens, it's a great thing for me."
