FAMKE JANSSEN - JANSSEN AGREED TO ANYTHING FOR ALLEN

FAMKE JANSSEN took a leap of faith when working with WOODY ALLEN on CELEBRITY - the director refused to reveal to her what the film was about.

The Dutch actress agreed to appear in the 1998 movie, even though she was sent a script containing only her scenes - because she was so keen to work with the maverick movie-maker.

Janssen, 39, says, "When you read a script for a movie, you know the character inside out, you know what she's going to do from beginning to end, and you know who is going to direct it.

"The only time I'd worked with nothing in front of me was with Woody Allen.

"Two weeks before shooting started, I got my pages only - not the entire script.

"But then it's Woody Allen, and you say, 'Whatever you want me to do, I'll do it'."
