R+B singer JAMELIA is desperate to record with glam rockers THE DARKNESS - as she's one of their biggest fans.

The THANK YOU singer, who recently worked with COLDPLAY rocker CHRIS MARTIN on track SEE IT THROUGH A BOY'S EYES, is hoping her new bond with the I BELIEVE IN A THING CALLED LOVE group will pave the way for a duet.

Jamelia enthuses, "I love them, they are megastars and I reckon a bit of my R+B with their rock music would be so much fun.

"I have met them and we all got on really well. So I know if they turn me down it's because they're too busy - and for no other reason."
